Removal: LOCAL PICKUP ONLY! ABSOLUTELY NO SHIPPING OR SHIPPING ASSISTANCE! All items must be removed by Wednesday, November 6h.  Removal hours are Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 4 PM. No loading assistance, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc. are available.  Please bring your own tools, pallets, shrink wrap, straps, etc.  This building is scheduled for demolition and this is a hard deadline.  After this date, the doors will be locked and there will be no additional items removed from the facility.  All successful buyers must sign an insurance waiver before entering the facility.
