C. R. “Kip” Kane has an extensive background in real estate brokerage, auction marketing and appraisals (real & personal property).

For the past 30+ years, Mr. Kane has owned and operated Int’l Boat & Marine Auction Services as President and Broker. In addition to the State of Alabama, Kane is a licensed real estate broker in: California, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Arizona, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Oklahoma. 

Mr. Kane also maintains an auctioneer license in the states of Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Texas, North Carolina, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, South Carolina and Tennessee.

BK Auction Services and BK Marine, LLC are other entities Kane owns and operates. 

Within the Real Estate & Auction Profession, Mr. Kane holds the following designations:
CAI (Certified Auctioneers Institute)
CAE (Certified Arizona Exchangor)
NCE (National Council of Exchangors)
Past President of Arizona Association of Auctioneers

Mr. Kane graduated from Cornell University in 1964, receiving a degree in Hotel Business Administration.
