C.D. Watson Real Estate and Auction

Col. Cecilia Watson was bitten by the antique and collecting bug early. She started by owning and remodeling antique houses. These needed antiques to fill them. She found these at auctions. She bought enough to fill her home and seven different antique mall spaces across North Carolina. Her love of the auction sale process developed into her becoming a licensed auctioneer. With her real estate background, she began by doing site auctions including real estate in western North Carolina. Today, she has her auction barn at Sneads Ferry in coastal North Carolina. She has auctions 1st and 3rd Friday evenings with estate sales on Saturdays and site auctions as needed. She accepts consignments large and small, and does estate pick-up and clean-out services.
