Blocker Auction has been in the auction profession for 44 years. It is owned by Jimmy Blocker, from Walterboro, SC. A graduate of Nashville Auction School and Indiana University/Ceritied Auctioneers Institute. Jimmy is licensed in SC, NC, GA, FL & AL. Jimmy presently serves as the Chairman of SC Auctioneer Commission having been appointed by five different Governors. Blocker Auction specializes in real estate, heavy equipment farm machinery & business liquidations. Jimmy is a charter member of the SC Auctioneers Association license 110, and the National Auctioneers Assn. Jimmy is a reserve International champion auctioneer and was the first auctioneer to be named to the South Carolina Auctioneer Hall of Fame. Jimmy is member of the Black Creek Baptist Church in Walterboro SC, where he teaches Sunday School and is Chairman of the Board of Deacons.
