Shelton Auction and Realty has been in business since 1955, serving Halifax, Mecklenburg, Charlotte, Nottaway, Brunswich and Pittsylvania Counties, well known for its auction services, rural,and farmland property transactions and residential properties. Sam is a licensed auctioneer who specializes in Estate sales, personal property and farm equipment sales. Sam has several licensed auctioneers on board such as Jimmy Glasscock, whom has been with Sam for many years as well with his youngest auctioneer, Tyler Crute, just graduating the top of his class. Also his team includes Dean Duffey and family.
