J.B. Sr. founded J.B. Robison Auctioneers – Realtors in 1982. He was the first Auctioneer to specialize in the auction method of marketing real estate in the Grand Lake area and continues to be an innovator in the field. J.B. has diverse experience with heavy equipment, commercial equipment, farm equipment, restaurant equipment, business liquidations, antiques, and general personal property. J.B. has also been recognized in various Federal and State Courts as an expert witness in regards to the valuation of real estate, personal property and also in condemnation proceedings.
