J.T. Rhoades, Auctioneer

Joshua T. Rhoades is a fifth generation auctioneer originally from Phoenixville, Pa and now lives on his farm in Elkton, Md. with his wife and daughter since 1995. 

He graduated from the Reppert School of Auctioneering in Dector, Indiana in 1982 and has been an active auctioneer since. Starting out at his father's auction house, known as Maple Lawn Auction, Phoenixville, Pa., Josh gained experience selling real estate, antiques and household goods. along with estate auctions, he has expanded into wholesale automobile auctions at Manheim Auto Auction, National Auto Dealers Exchange, Baltimore Auto Exchange and others. In the last 30 years, he has accumulated experience within the auction industry including art, personal property and real estate and has established professional relationships with attorneys, brokers, dealers, auctioneers and other industries.

Joshua is a member of the Pennsylvania Auctioneers Association. Hes has held auctions in Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware.
