Hello and thank you for visiting my site! I am a second-generation auctioneer - licensed and bonded since 1976. My Auctioneer License (#AU001289L) is issued by the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs and is renewed every two years. My $5,000 Bond is also renewed every two years. I am a proud member of the Pennsylvania Auctioneers Association (PAA) and the National Auctioneer's Association (NAA). I was a top ten finalist in the 2013 PAA Bid Calling Competition. I am also the owner of the West Fairfield Auction Barn (135 Fairfield Road, New Florence, PA 15944). 
In 1974, my father (and Auctioneer), Colonel Harry R. Boring (U.S. Army, Ret.) sponsored me as his apprentice and I received my Auctioneer License two years later. We have worked together as a father-daughter team since the beginning, running auctions at my auction barn, as well as on-site auctions of estates and businesses. Through the years, we have sold everything from antiques, collectibles, lumberyards, hospital equipment, farm equipment, new merchandise, the ever-dreaded curtain stretchers, and even a gold-filled tooth! You never know what it going to show up at an auction!.
