We specialize in Farms, and Ranches. Todd is a specialist in every sense of the word. He has been in the Farm and Ranch Real Estate Business now for over 23 years. He founded Land Pros after 16 years as an Ag Banker. This career started with the Federal Land Bank, which later became Farm Credit Services. From there, The Commercial Banking Industry hired him to develop their Agricultural Programs.

We still do a lot of work for Ag Banks, Attorneys, and Individuals. We do anything from Farm and Ranch Appraisals, Equipment Appraisals, Cattle Appraisals, Auctions, and Private Treaty Sales. Any advice we can offer anyone needing assistance in Ag related areas.

In addition to being a real estate specialist, Todd is a Farmer/Rancher himself. He is currently President of the Stephens County Cattlemen’s Association. He is on the District Board for the Oklahoma Association of Conservation Districts. He is on the Board for the Oklahoma State Auctioneer Association. He also competed in the 2002 World Auctioneer Championships, and has been a finalist each of the last five years at the State Auctioneer Championships. In addition to his regular auction and real estate schedule, Todd always finds the time to volunteer for numerous charities, and benefit auctions.

Our primary business is to sell farm and ranch properties, either at auction, or private treaty. We have access to nearly any farm property for sale in Oklahoma. We also maintain a large data base of prospective buyers from Oklahoma, and other states.
