REAL ESTATE AUCTIONS - We possess over 4 decades of auction superiority and combined experience in the auction marketing and sale of real estate. We provide nationwide and regional marketing for commercial and residential real estate. We can offer a multi-parcel auction format for large tracts of land. 


INTERNET ONLY AUCTIONS- we market our clients' assets to over 60,000 pre-registered bidders across the entire East Coast and the United States. INTERNET ONLY AUCTIONS provide us the flexibility to promote assets for extended periods or to conduct short notice auctions. Bidders are also permitted the convenience of bidding on their own time schedule.

BUSINESS LIQUIDATIONS- We conduct over 200 business liquidations annually, primarily using our INTERNET ONLY AUCTION PLATFORM. Our buyers are spread across the entire East Coast and United States.

ESTATE AUCTIONS – A core feature of our business for over 40 years. We are experts at handling large estates. We have extensive experience with ON-SITE and SHOWROOM STYLE AUCTIONS. We are staffed to relocate an entire estate or to prepare the assets for auction on-site. 

FIREARMS - A Federal Firearms Licensed company. Capable of relocating large collections of firearms to our facility and performing all required background checks on-site. Our FFL also permits us to sell firearms to out-of-state bidders and online bidders, thus INCREASING BIDDING COMPETITION.
