PDR - Thurman's Auction & Estate Services LLC

Richard Penn decided to open PDR Auction and Estate Services LLC in January of 2013 after a long and successful career in technology spanning more than 30 years. Along with his long technical career Richard has been heavily involved in the real estate and auction arenas for many years and decided to continue to develop and cultivate his passion in these areas. He is a graduate of Missouri Auction School and a member of the Kansas Auctioneers Association and the National Auctioneers Association. Richard is also a Certified Personal Property Appraiser and a member of the Certified Appraisers Guild of America (CAGA) specializing in antiques, art and collectibles but certified for all areas of personal property.
Richard is originally from Texas and relocated to Kansas in 2002 as part of his working career. He found the area and the people to be among the best he'd ever worked and lived among and decided to remain settled in the area post his corporate career. He and his wife have four grown children and three grandchildren which are the primary focus of their available spare time. While Richard's wife still maintains her long term technology career, they also have an antique and collectibles store in conjunction with their auction and estate services company, and an Information Technology (IT) consulting business.
