From 2000-2012 the RE/MAX 100 Auction Team and River Realty & Auction has sold over 293 residential, commercial, land real estate properties totaling $62.8 million worth of real estate in the Louisville area. In November 2012, RE/MAX 100, was acquired by RE/MAX FIRST. Julie Bex is a member of the Certified Auctioneers Institute and the National, Kentucky and Indiana Auctioneers Associations. In 2002, the company’s print advertising for the auction of 1150 Conner Station Road received the award for the Top Print Advertising for Real Estate in the US. In November of 2010, Julie Bex purchased the RE/MAX 100 Auction Team/River Realty & Auction from Harold Helm and formed Auction Professionals of Kentucky, an Independently Minority Owned Company. She had previously worked for RE/MAX 100 Auction Team as the Office Manager and Marketing Coordinator for the past 11 years.

Julie is a graduate of Clarke College in Dubuque, Iowa, with a degree in Marketing and Public Relations.

In March 2006 she completed the 3 year course for the Certified Auctioneers Institute, which is the highest designation, awarded in the auction industry. In 2010, the RE/MAX 100 Auction Team earned two awards for best real estate brochure. She has also served on numerous Benefit Auction committees: March of Dimes, DePaul School, The Family Place, Boy Scouts of America to name a few.
