We started our Auction Business in 1989 at 113 E. 28th Street in Bryan, Texas. We sell Estates and Consignments at our Auction House. We also sell On-Premises when the need arises. We have auctioned and/or liquidated numberous types of merchandise through the years and try to help anyone sell or liquidate their property to the best of our ability! 

We are members of the Certified Appraiser's Guild of America. 

We have been in the antiques business in Bryan, Texas since 1974 as The Attic Antiques at 118 S. Bryan St. in Bryan, Texas. We have just recently moved our auction business into the same location as our antiques shop. 

We are a husband and wife team, Garland L.(Bud)'74 & Betty L. Sparks and have lived in Bryan for over 50 years!
