Buyer’s Premium is added to the high bid price per item.  10% buyer’s premium on the first $2500 and 2% on the balance per item.  10% buyer’s premium on any item notated as ***MDOT*** in the item description.  Online bidders will pay an additional 2% online bidding fee.

Preview: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm CST.

Removal: All items must be removed by November 22nd.  Removal is Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM.  Load dock on site.  Items left after this date will be subject to storage fees of up to $100 per item per day.  Items that have to be moved to storage site will be subject for other charges.
